NACDS is urging lawmakers, HHS, CMS and other stakeholders to take action to help ensure affordable, high-quality and uninterrupted access to healthcare for Americans – including swift enactment of PBM reforms in Medicaid and Medicare.
NACDS is applauding the enactment of Oregon House Bill (HB) 4149. HB 4149 will provide the state with enforcement authority, requiring pharmacy benefit managers to be licensed by the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services beginning January 1, 2025.
