The National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) has announced that Kellyanne Conway, a pioneering figure in political strategy, will keynote the NACDS Political Action Committee (NACDS-PAC) Breakfast during the 2025 NACDS Annual Meeting, set for April 26-29 in Palm Beach, FL.
Conway, renowned for her role as Campaign Manager in the Trump-Pence 2016 campaign and as a Senior Counselor to the President, brings a wealth of experience in navigating complex policy landscapes. She was the first woman in United States history to helm a Presidential campaign. Her tenure in the White House saw her tackling a spectrum of domestic and international issues, equipping her with unparalleled insights into today’s political climate.
“We are honored to have Kellyanne Conway join us at the 2025 NACDS Annual Meeting,” stated NACDS President and CEO Steven C. Anderson. “Her distinguished career and her ability to connect with audiences of varied political views will bring unique value to the conference. She has a way of enriching an audiences’ understanding in a way that can shape action on priority issues.”
Before her tenure at the White House, Conway founded and led The Polling Company, Inc./WomanTrend, conducting pivotal research, including that for the Coalition for Community Pharmacy Action – a joint initiative of NACDS and the National Community Pharmacists Association. As a Fox News contributor, a guest on all major television networks, and a bestselling author, Conway remains a prominent voice in media. Her memoir, Here’s The Deal, topped the New York Times bestseller list in 2022.
The bipartisan NACDS-PAC supports Congressional candidates who understand and help to advance pro-pharmacy and pro-patient policies. The NACDS-PAC Breakfast features leaders of diverse political and ideological credentials, and is part of the NACDS Chain Members and PAC Breakfast, during which NACDS-related business is conducted. The event is open to NACDS chain members and to NACDS-PAC contributors.
“Kellyanne Conway’s strategic acumen and her deep understanding of the current political landscape are invaluable as NACDS members focus on serving the American people and innovating in health and wellness,” Anderson emphasized. “Her insights will be timely, well-informed, and actionable – and they are sure to be a highlight of what certainly will be another must-attend NACDS Annual Meeting.”
The 2025 NACDS Annual Meeting will showcase other prominent speakers, including Jonah Goldberg and Stephen Hayes of The Dispatch at the Business Program on Sunday, April 27, and former U.S. Ambassador to China, Nicholas Burns, at the Business Program on Tuesday, April 29.
